The best part of my stay was the fantastic location—just a short stroll to the Old City! 🌟 The room was okay, but service could be more attentive.

Consider preparing warm clothes for the lobby areas, as they can be quite chilly during your stay.

Oh, those Danish pastries at breakfast were divine! A fantastic spread of fresh goodies that made each morning feel like a feast. Plus, the location is on point, just a short stroll to the Old Town, and the staff truly went above and beyond—kudos to Mahmud for his top-notch recommendations!

The place had a very comfortable bed, I actually got some good sleep! also, the staff was friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel welcomed like I was at home.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable if you’re looking for comfort in the city center.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast selection was impressive, with a
variety of traditional options, but the overall taste could be improved. My room had a nice bathtub, which I appreciated. Location was excellent near key attractions, making it easy to explore Jerusalem.

I had an excellent experience at Montefiore Hotel By Smart Hotels during my recent work trip. The location was perfect, situated just a short walk from key business centers. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, allowing for restful nights. The staff provided outstanding service, readily assisting with any requests and offering helpful local advice. Breakfast was a delightful start to my days with a selection of fresh pastries and good coffee.
The breakfast could benefit from a broader variety of hot items.

missingWrote a review on Aug 28central locationeasy accessnice furnishingscleaning issuespoor wifi
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired—specifically, there were noticeable hairs on the bed and in the shower. Additionally, the breakfast selection, while plentiful, didn’t quite measure up in quality to what you might find at more upscale hotels. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, practically nonexistent in the rooms, which can be a hassle for those needing to stay connected.
